Helps with shallow breathing

I just got this last week and it's already been a huge help to my breathing. I get anxiety and sometimes panic. My breathing is too shallow and then I tend to hyperventilate. This happened while driving recently. This device has helped me focus on my breathing and I bring it with me in case I need to pull over. I like how it's like a breathing trainer and I have already gotten some benefits of remembering my practice. Now I practice my breathing everyday and I ultimately believe I can get a hold on this problem with more breathing practice. Only had this a short while but I'm using it 3 plus times a day. Great Mindfulness Trick!

Super helpful in getting me to a better state of mindfulness and for slowing my heart rate down when my mind is racing. It's nice to know I have a tool to help me at any time, right in my purse! Definitely recommend

I'm so glad I ordered this!At first, I thought this was an inhaler. But it is not. It is an exhaler that works with your personal breaths. It helps me practice my breathing when I'm under stress.When I feel panicky, this helps me regulate and focus on my breathing- which is the main thing that calms you down. Also, the lavender scent is very soothing!
