Meditation Tracker Headset for Body Activity

I absolutely love this product. I've tried meditating over the years, but didn't know if I was doing things right. The app is simple to use, and I have been able to meditate on a regular basis, and track how long I was in a meditative state. The auditory feedback with birds in the background help more than I thought it would. I was never able to meditate for more than 10 minutes at a time, but now one hour seems easy. When I do this before I sleep at night, my deep sleep increases. For the first time in 30 years trying to meditate, I have now been able to make it a daily habit. You'll find that once you start using it becomes very easy to get into a meditative state. You will find that you can access a Meditative state throughout the day more easily. You are not dependent on the device but it helps train your brain when you are having problems accessing a calm state.I also love the Mind Monitor App that shows you your EEG.If you love this device buy a good case as it is a delicate instrument and could break easily.

Works as advertised. I have noticed a slight delay between my concentration and the feedback, but overall I am very happy with my purchase. I would like to see some of or all of the sensors tied together and recorded for a single session. I primarily use the mind meditation. Despite its flimsy appearance, it has stood up to the test of time without any issues. Concerning the connection issue, I have had it disconnect about 3 different sessions since I've started using it. I would most certainly purchase again.

I love this product! Fast easy set up. Great tutorial, the feedback on my meditative state made it so much easier to reach a deeper state. Bonus is the comfort of it and adjustability. I will definitely be using this on a daily basis. Was sad that you have to purchase additional programs and few came free but still would highly recommend this.

I use the Muse 1 for meditation and neurofeedback training almost every day. However, I was having problems with the form factor and being able to lay back in my recliner and truly enjoy the meditation and neurofeedback training experience.With the Muse 2 having considerably smaller form factor, which provides a way more comfortable fit than Muse 1, and a better position of the electrode port solves my problem. I am now able to more easily roll up a towel and put it behind my neck and I can recline back and it's awesome... what a great mediation and neurofeedback training experience.

The most peace I have ever felt. I can't stop using it. I'm not sure how long it will last tjis way but meditation with it is better than anything else in my world could be. I feel connected to myself for the first time.
