I've been using this vitamin A serum for about a year now, and I love it! I'm 40 with temperamental skin, breakouts are frequent from varied topical and ingested triggers. This serum helps soothe irritated areas and minimize redness, plus my skin is smoother and pores smaller. I've run out a couple times, gone a week or so without, my flare ups start to look more irritated, pores bigger, skin blotchy and discolored, etc. But, within a week of getting this serum back into my routine, my skin returns to its new "normal". I've even started using it as a spot treatment in the morning. Can't praise this serum and the Mad Hippie brand enough! I also use their Vitamin C serum, Hydrating Mist and Cream Cleanser. Love them all!
